1 The drive must have a valid driving license.
2 Photocopy of valid driver’s license , passport and credit card will have to be provided at the start of rental.

3 Full advancec payment for the entire rental period to be made at the time of of confirmation of the booking .

4 Security deposit to be made which is adjustable / refundable at the end of the journrey Depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Above rates exclusive of fuel and chauffeur charges.

The vehicle will be provided with full thnd funke and it is be returned on a full tank fuel.

Parking charges, toll charges has to be paid directly by the day is considered as full day.

Milege / Time will be calculated from garage to garge basis . part of the day is considerd as full day.

Any damage caused to the vehicle to be borne by the client

Incase of negligent driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any contravention of motor vehicles Act , the Renter shall be lible to pay damages in full

A collision waiver deposit (CWD) as mentional above will be have to deposited, which will he returned at the end of renat (subject to no physical damage to the cat ) The cat is expected to be returned to us in in the same physical condition as it was provided.

Terms and Conitions:
1. Rates are Nett & non commissionable . transfers rates are inclusive of Airport entry fees (for coaches ) and airport Rerport representative charges, who will accompany and assist a he airpot and at the hotels.

2. Mineral water & wet tissue will be provided during transfers and sight seeing tours only for clients using the following vehicle.
(non AC car / AC car /Deluxe AC Car / AC innva / Toyota Carola / Toyota Camry / X – Trail / Honda crv / Merc benz c class / merc benz c class / Merc benz class / BMW 5 Series).

3For assist on arrivai .or Departure at airport where clijes are provided courtesty transfers by the hotel coach . Airport Representaive charges will be Rs.500/- If the Airport representative is requirted to assist at hotel the additional conveyance charges from hotel to the airport or vice versa incurred will be billed on actual.

Coordination with hotel / transport for courtesy transfer / Delivering of tickets / DOCUMENTS Etc. A Servicecharge of Rs.600 /- Will be Applicable Besides the Actual Expeneses incurred.

5 Portage Charges will be @ Rs 10/- Per Bag.

6 Cancellation of transport arrangements without prior or sufficient notice before 24 hours will attract 50% Retention charges.

7 Please note for mandovi river cruises entry fees will be Rs 150/- Per person.

8 Rates for outstation trip will be vharged on actual kilometers with interststatets and driver’s allowances minimum of 150 KMS per day running will be charged all types cars and 250 KMS will be charged for all types of coaches.

9 Vehicles at disposal form hotels in north goa the mileage will be calculated from head office in panjim and from south goa hotels the mileage will be calculated from the airport office or marga . in case requested vehicles ars not avnot available in south goa, Then the Vehicles will be provided from our head office in panaji and the mileage will be calculated accordingly.

10 . GOVT . service tax of 4.12% will be applicable on the above Rates.

11. Rates quoted will be valid upto”30^th September 2011,unless otherwise it becomes necessary to increase the rates on account of increase in the prices of fuel, Motorparts, airport entry / railway station parking , intestates taxes or government taxes or due to circumstances beyond our control.
